How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 days from dispatch. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes—sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We prioritise plastic-free, reusable, and natural materials wherever possible, and we work with UK-based small makers who share our values.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on certain products like body brushes or bath items unless faulty.
What is the Project section about?
Project is where we explore mindful living through journaling, crafting, walking groups, book clubs and workshops. It’s all about reconnecting with yourself in a slow, intentional way.
